Summer 2014

Our summer trip's first destination was Santa Fe New Mexico....
We found Indian cliff dwellings...

 

 Explored the downtown...many old churches and street vendors.

 



Next was a stop at Los Alamos and the Bomb.

 







 

Outside Santa Fe, about a half hour drive is one of three Super Volcanoes...lots of hunting and fishing in this area....

 

 We were able to camp in Sequoia National park for a week and was able to do some hiking, Minnie had broken a bone in her hand the prior week and I was keeping her off difficult trails.

In 1890 a rancher made this log into a summer cabin...

 

 Yosemite was beautiful but a lot of people....
