Another month has come and gone. Where does the time go? Retirement has surfaced a heighten sense of the wonderful fall weather we are having. I now realize how much is missed by sitting inside a cubical.
News from the farm starts with thanks to all who helped move our household into the barn. We packed the rental truck on a Friday, unloaded into the barn on Saturday, and was drinking beer by 2PM, in the pool at 4PM, and singing by the campfire by 6PM. My son-in-law, Eric, said it well, "this is the life".
My future grandson has decided to head for the exit door. However, as most Aggies do, he is backwards. So Melissa will be delivering Evan to us a few weeks early. The doctor said all is well and he is a "big boy".

Party's Friday night and Saturday night were both great. Pool was nice. Need more Yager next time!!!
