July has been a waiting process to sell the old house in San Antonio. We have spent a few weeks preparing the "farm" by meeting with a few of the contractor that will do the work. However, we keep hearing that the bad weather is delaying any work from beginning. So we waited, and visited with family. Not a bad life. We have heard good feedback on the house, but no real offers at this time. Patient, patient.
I have delay posting this because we have had a couple of contacts on the house. I wanted to let you know that we now have accepted a deal to close on September 17th. WE WILL BE HOMELESS. We are looking for someone to adopt us...the catch is the dog comes too. We are now in the option phase where the buyer is having the house inspected and appraised. Again, we wait.
